• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative fees;
• Cancellations made within 30 to 15 days of departure may incur up to 50% of the total package cost;
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure, or "no-shows," are typically non-refundable;
• Any non-refundable deposits paid to third-party suppliers (airlines, resorts, activity operators) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Requests for itinerary changes after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, delays, and unforeseen events. Mesho Travel And Tours acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity providers).

While we endeavor to select reputable partners, we do not own, operate, or control these third-party services. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of any supplier or for any injuries, losses, damages, or delays arising from your use of their services.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and medically fit to undertake the travel activities included in your chosen package. You must also comply with all immigration, health, and customs requirements of your destination countries.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines.
